After 5 viewings arranged by the agent, our cozy little Holland Village shoebox is now sold. Brings us closer to the move to the North. Now all we have to do is get the keys, renovate the place and move.
Have already briefed a couple of IDs on the renovation and decided to go with Rezt N Relax as they are large enough to have good resources (we’re assuming) and they do offer a lifetime warranty on their work. Folks were pretty accommodating while we worked out the brief and quotation with them and cut down major carpentry items to meet our tight budget.
I know i’m not supposed to go OTT with the reno since its all very material but its a struggle to make an old place decent enough to settle in. Let’s pray that everything works out alright.
