Some notes on potential problems:
1. Master bathroom seems smaller in real-life. Might have to drop the vanity cabinet.
2. Dependency on getting Fibre broadband setup by MyRepublic on time with the electrician since he needs to rewire everything from scratch. Might not happen since they seem to be overwhelmed and do not answer calls.
