In this week’s Gospel, we remember the baptism of Jesus. Though he was without sin, he needed to get baptised so that he can be revealed as the Christ.
He is the Anointed one.
After his baptism, he began his ministry to spread the word about the good news and to tell us of God’s love for us.
Similarly, after our baptism, we are called to spread the good news and God’s love.
Let’s live up to our baptismal calling.
